Our property managers are all committed, qualified and well trained individuals. The property managers are trained to comply with the complexities of the Residential Tenancies Act, and manage only a small select portfolio of properties.

As a condition of employment our property managers hold a police clearance and current registration with the Real Estate and Business Agents Board.  Our property managers are highly experienced in property marketing, leasing, and dealing with an array of maintenance issues, computer literate and familiar with trust accounting practices.

All property managers are on a regular basis internally and externally trained in administration systems in place, to ensure that we deliver the consistent high quality of service commended by our landlords.
